Contact us

In short. Write to us with questions about events, collaboration proposals or reports. We reply to the address you enter, usually within three working days. You can write in English or Italian.

The form

Please do not include health data or other special categories of data: if needed, we will ask for them in the proper way.

We will use the data you send us only to reply to your request.

Privacy notice (courtesy translation; the Italian text prevails)

Data and purposes: name, email, phone if you enter it, topic and message, to reply to your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) or our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)). No consent is needed and no box has to be ticked.

Recipients: the association's authorised persons. The message reaches the association's programme on Google Workspace for Nonprofits and the association's mailbox; Google acts as processor. We do not use the data for other purposes and do not pass them on to anyone.

Retention: messages are deleted from the archive 12 months after receipt; if the request becomes a membership or a case, the necessary data move into that case, with its own notice. Emails in the association's mailbox follow the same rule.

Bot protection: your browser solves a short computing challenge, with no personal data and no third-party services; the programme counts requests per hour and per email address, in a non-readable form, for a few hours.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (Arts. 15-22 of the Regulation), by writing to info@prosumer.cloud or to the DPO; complaint to the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
